These Terms of Service ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player" or "User") and developer Nishan Pradhan ("Developer", "we", "us") governing your download, access, and use of the mobile application Gravity Drop: Draw & Bounce (Android Package: com.nishan.gravitydrop) and its official website (https://gravitydrop.nishanpradhan.com.np/).

By installing, accessing, or playing Gravity Drop, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy.

1. License & Permitted Use

We grant you a personal, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable, limited license to download, install, and play Gravity Drop on compatible Android devices strictly for personal, non-commercial entertainment.

Restrictions: You agree not to decompile, reverse engineer, disassemble, modify, create derivative works from, or commercially exploit any portion of the application code, audio assets, or game artwork without prior written consent.

2. In-Game Arcade Points & Cosmetic Customization

Gravity Drop is a casual single-player 2D physics arcade game. The game incorporates gameplay progression elements across 100 handcrafted levels, including score points, star ratings, level unlocks, cosmetic ball skins (e.g., Classic, Fire, Neon, Galaxy), arena court themes (e.g., Midnight, Neo Cyber, Retro Sunset, Northern Lights), and optional daily login rewards:

• Pure Gameplay Rewards: In-game points, stars, cosmetic skins, and arena themes are designed solely for entertainment and personal progression.
• Cosmetic-Only Utility: Points can only be used inside the game to unlock visual ball styles and court themes. Points do not alter game physics or provide competitive advantages.
• Daily Login Rewards: Daily rewards are free, optional bonus mechanics designed for player progression. There are no fees or purchases required to claim daily rewards.
• Non-Monetary & Free: In-game points cannot be traded, transferred, or converted into real-world goods. Gravity Drop contains no in-app purchases or financial features.
• Local Offline Storage: All earned points and cosmetic unlocks reside locally on your device in Android SharedPreferences. Clearing app data or uninstalling the app permanently deletes local game progress.

3. In-Game Advertisements (Google AdMob)

Gravity Drop is supported by mobile advertising through Google AdMob. By playing the game, you acknowledge and agree to the following terms regarding ads:

• Rewarded Video Ads (Opt-In): Players may choose to watch rewarded video advertisements to earn optional bonus points or daily rewards. Watching rewarded ads is entirely voluntary and is never mandatory to solve levels or complete the game.
• Banner Advertisements: Non-intrusive display banners may appear during menu navigation or gameplay transitions.
• Third-Party Content: Advertisements are served by Google AdMob and third-party advertising networks. The Developer does not endorse or assume liability for the content, claims, or services advertised by third parties.

4. Telemetry, Analytics & Crash Reporting

To safeguard application performance, improve level design balance, and fix stability bugs, Gravity Drop integrates Google Firebase Analytics and Crashlytics.

• Firebase Analytics: Transmits anonymous aggregated statistics regarding gameplay milestones (e.g., levels completed, star ratings achieved, session length).
• Firebase Crashlytics: Transmits diagnostic crash logs, stack traces, and device OS specifications in the event of an abnormal app termination.

5. Intellectual Property Rights

All titles, logos, custom vector physics graphics, court soundscapes, UI layouts, and source code associated with Gravity Drop are the intellectual property of Nishan Pradhan and are protected under applicable copyright and intellectual property laws.

6. Disclaimer of Warranties

Gravity Drop is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis, without warranties of any kind, whether express, implied, or statutory. We do not warrant that the game will operate completely bug-free or compatible with every specific Android hardware configuration.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, in no event shall the Developer (Nishan Pradhan) be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your access, use, or inability to use Gravity Drop.

8. Modifications to Terms

We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. When updates occur, the "Last Updated" date at the top of this page will be revised.
